You will receive your refills once every 30 days from the date your monthly subscription begins.
At Kyoku, minimizing our carbon footprint means a lot to us. It guides every decision we make from sourcing our plant-based ingredients to our packaging materials. Instead of shipping you a new plastic tub each month which ultimately ends up in the trash can, we’ve decided to do more with less by providing you with a reusable tin to store your Superfood Shakes. Therefore, we kindly ask you to keep your tin as future shipments will only contain your recyclable Kyoku single-serve packets to refill your tin.
If your tin becomes dented or damaged, shoot us an email at support@kyoku.com and we’ll ship a new one right away!
